Below is the full Text Cleaner installer. This download will allow a 30 day evaluation period. Please download Text Cleaner and try it before you buy, because all sales are final. Tip for 2.0 and 2.1 users: To preserve your custom presets before upgrading to Text Cleaner 3, go to the File menu and select “Export Presets.” Then delete your old Text Cleaner Folder and install the 3.0 upgrade. Launch Text Cleaner 3 and import your preset file.

Leopard, InDesign & XPress Compatibility:

Text Cleaner 3.01 provides direct cleaning within QuarkXpress 6, 7, 8 and InDesign CS1, CS2 (an update is in progress for InDesign CS3 and CS4 as well as InCopy CS3 and CS4.)

When runnning Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard, there are the following limitations.

1. A recent Mac OS X Leopard update (unconfirmed 10.55 or 10.56) has blocked interaction with Text Cleaner and Adobe InDesign CS2. The update coming will address the problem. In the meantime, cleaning text via copy/paste or text files works just fine.

2. Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard may prevent QuarkXPress 6.5 (and earlier) from utilizing Text Cleaner's direct cleaning. This is not a Text Cleaner issue. XPress 6.5 and earlier is not fully compatible with Leopard, although cleaning text via copy/paste or text files still works fine. QuarkXPress 7 and 8 are not affected and function as expected.
